I am not sure what your question is.
The site that you mention states explicitly under the multiple server
configuration that the reporting services database can be on a remote host.
That host can reside on a clustered SQL Server configuration.
What is not supported is clustered Reporting Services nor Report Manager,
which is what the help file states.
Now, as for the requirements for System Center Reporting Manager SQL Server
database engine and warehouse database are not supported in clustered
configurations. This is probably due to the OLAP generation code being
coresident with its proprietary databases.
I do not see the conflict. All of the documents are correct.

SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services, Notification Services, and Integrationms
Services are not cluster-aware; they are always installed as stand-alone
components, but can use a clustered SQL Server database.
Words above come from sql 2005 help on msdn, but the guide of technet for
Reporting Manager 2006 says,
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) must already be installed and
configured before you can install SCRM 2006. Although SQL Server 2005 and
SSRS support a scaled-out deployment model configuration using clustered
servers, SCRM 2006 does not support clustered servers.
Why they are different? which one is correct? Tell me the truth!
Thanks.
