You can't change the parameters of any resource while it is running, it
always requires a restart of the resource to take affect.

My server is moving from 1 location to another. When to change the

1. change ip address shutdown the server and move it
2. Move the server to new location into network and then change the

Which option is recommanded.

To run sql server installation for changing ip address, has sql
