All services should be in MANUAL startup in a cluster. That allows the
cluster service to control service startup.
The SQL tools installer is not cluster-aware. You must manually install the
tools to each cluster node.

Hi all,
I failed failover to a secondary node and found that the sql agent was
'disabled' in the secondary node. However, in cluster admin and SQL
Server
configuration Manager, it shows the SQL Agent is running. Also, there is
no
error message in event viewer. BTW, I can't found the management studio
icon in secondary node..
Any idea? Thanks in advance!
