in the application logs I see event 1030 - windows cant query for the list of
GPO's and event 1058- windows cant access the file gpt.ini
In the system logs I see evebt 1009 cluster service couldnt join an existing
server cluster and couldnt form a new server cluster. cluster service
terminated and event 1209- cluster service is requesting a bus reset for
