Adding Second Virtual SQL Server Instance to a Cluster.

Hi,

We have a Virtual SQL Server(default instance) running on Windows 2003
Server Enterpise Edition Cluster, shared disk and quorum drive on SAN.
We consider implementing a Report Server by adding a second Virtual SQL
Server(Named instance) to utilize the second node, which at the moment sits
idle.

What are the steps to add the second Virtual SQL Server ?

Regards.
