Unable to create physical disk for MSDTC

When trying to configure MSDTC per all KBs I've seen, several resources

are required for this configuration. When I get to the point of
creating the physical disk for MSDTC, I have no disk to select in the
pull down. At that point, it's a stand-still.

My partitioning on my array is as follows:

H: Database (300GB)
L: Logs (150GB)
Q: Quorum (50MB)

What am I missing? Has anyone run into this problem?
