SQL 2000 32-bit on Window 2003 x64 Cluster server & MSDTC distributed transaction

We are going down the road of configuring our server per:
KB: "You receive error messages when you perform a distributed
transaction when you have a SQL Server 2000 virtual server in a Windows
Server 2003 clustered environment"

We noticed our files listed (Window 2003 x64 SP1)per:
KB: "INFO: Availability of Windows Server 2003 COM+ 1.5 Rollup
Package 1" (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/821751/)

have a greater or equal dates. We are hoping that this hotfix has been
properly rolled up into SP1.

We make heavy use of MSDTC distributed transactions. We will begin
our DTS testing soon but has anyone experienced issues with distributed
transactions on Window 2003 x64 Cluster server?
