Its nice that you cut and paste some of the error messages. This helps in giving some useful suggestion. I believe you are experiencing the issue mentioned in

815431 PRB: Installation of a Named Instance of SQL Server 2000 Virtual Server on a Windows 2003-Based Cluster Fails

The KB explains why the setup fails and has a workaround. Basically, you will need to make named piped alias.
