OLE DB error trace (OLE/DB Provider 'MSDAORA)

I received the Error 7399: OLE DB provider 'MSDAORA'
reported an error. OLE DB error trace (OLE/DB
Provider 'MSDAORA' IDBInitialize. I received the OLE/DB
error after Cluster failover occurred. Before the server
failover the linked server worked fine.

Please help me resolve this problem.
