Good news..

hmmm. Now I cannot connect to the SQL-Server using Enterprise
Manager.

I can connect to the server within the workgroup through Windows
network to shared data but I cannot connect to the SQL Server. Are
there any special user rights that have to be granted on the SQL
Server that it accepts my connection? Something like granting access
for my PC...

I type in the name of the SQL server in the assitant for the
connection (it is not shown automatically in the list below), use SQL
authentication (not Windows) and that's it. So I think I have to grant
access on the SQL Server to make this work.
