Weird, running SqlRun_Tools.msi was supposed to install SSMS. Are you sure you select (by select, I mean you should choose "Will be installed on local hard drive" from the popup menu when you click on it) explicitly Management Tools under the Client Components node when you run this setup file? Do you see any error message or something?
Will you try uninstalling Workstation Components from Control Panel\Add Remove Programs and then reinstall these common components including Client Tools\Management Tools?
See the "To install SQL Server 2005 Client Tools only" topic:

I just tried that but it did not install the SQL Management Studio.
The only things I canget to show up are Configuration Tools -- SQL Server Configuration Manager, SQL Server Error and Usage Reporting, SQL Server Surface Area Configuration, Notification Services Command Prompt, Reporting Services Configuration
Is there something else I need to do to get the Management Studio?
Thanks.

Is thee a way the SQL Server Management Studio on my local computer so that I can run queries, etc.?
I tried running setup from Disk 2 and thought it would do what I was trying to do, but nothing showed up in all programs after running the install.
