I'm working with the new classes and have been for several weeks. They seem
pretty stable. While the documentation is incomplete, the concept seems
reasonable. I expect my EBook on SQLCe Replication to be available sometime
this summer. It documents at least two of the replication approaches (Merge
and Sync Services).

As Bill says. They're currently in CTP. Whether they'll be released with
Orcas or just whenever they're ready I just don't know.
