Sure. That's because "SQL Server" Compact Edition is NOT SQL Server. It's
really the SQLCe or SQL Mobile Edition that's been renamed.

Express does support RDA, but I don't know if Sql CE 2.0 components are
supported. Perhaps somebody else will have an answer.
