making an rda pull

I have followed Rory's instruction to make an rda pull

But whenever i try to pull data, I get this error message:
a request to send data to the computer running iis has failed. for
more information see hresult.

I have search in several places with same error, but I cant find any
good go solution.

I am using
SqlServer 2005 and the mobile edition
WinXP with sp2

I have tried to access the sqlceca30.dll through the web browser and
it works. at first i have shut the firewall down, but it didnt work
either.

I have no idea whats wrong :(
how do i see the hresult?
and im fairly new to this.
