question about Sql Everywhere

Hi,

Since Sql Everywhere is a rebranding of Sql Mobile 2005, I'm quite confused
about what is new.
I've read on the web, the difference is the new name, and the ability to be
run on a standard desktop computer without having neither VS, nor Tablet PC
installed.

Is there any other differences ?
