Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

If you have WINZIP, that should detect this exe as an self-extractable.
Open the file in WINZIP, and choose extract to ...and then run MSI

Ginny is right to execute it, but it directly starts executing setup.exe
inside this self-extractable exe.
