from a device, just open Activesync, choose Explore, and navigate your
device's filesystem to your program folder and copy the file to
your desktop PC.
from emulator, use the File Explorer in the emulator to map to a
shared folder on your desktop and copy and paste the sdf file to
that shared folder.
