I solved the problem. I had to bring off all the databases before updating
the service pack. When I got to run the service pack correctly I was able to
install the file sqlce20sql2ksp3a.exe. One thing for people who does this:
copy always this file and run it from a directory you have never runned any
other installer, it's the only way to work otherwise it will confuse the
installation. I had this problem and it fixed instaling from a new
directory.
