OSD Install

When installing OSD in a three tier environment where all of the
workstations are clients of the tier three sites does OSD need to be
installed on every server? Is it possible to install OSD on only the
central site server and let all of the package creation, collection
creation, etc be done from there and let the packages and
advertisements "trickle down" without OSD having any problems?
