I have installed SMS 2003 SP2 on a Windows 2003 Server SP1.
My problem is that Remote Tools Client Agent is not preset under Client
Agents folder.
What I need to to to have it?

On your site server, you'll have to run through the setup.exe process again,
choose modify or reset the current installation> select the optional Remote
tools component, then take the default selections through setup.exe.
