Statre Restore: Errors 80004005 and 80070002

Hi

I'm having problem with deploying Vista Busines RTM down to a desktop.
The image process runs smoothly up until the point of State Restore.
(osdinstallwizard's last phase logged is post install)

SMSAgentLog as follows with errors:

All packages (app and images) are distributed to the DP correctly.

I've tried three different installation cd's in case there is an issue
with setting the env variables:

One vanilla CD
One with factory -winpe in startnet.cmd to ensure we get an ip
One with a modified startnet, osdenv.ini and a batch file to run
unattended

All produce the same log.

Has anyone seen this before?
