I'm having an error while advertising a package to a Windows Mobile
2005 device with SMS 2003 R2.
The device get the advertisement but after pending for a while package
status shows a failed status. And the following error is returned.
Message ID: 11032
Content download failed for package PMS00001(Advertisement PMS20000).
