BDD No "Computer Image Build" dialog box

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I am having trouble getting the BDD to execute the first screen after it
makes the connection. It should make the connection then pop up the
"Computer Image Build dialog box". I can see it connect to the BDD server
but never get the box. Any ideas
