Re: unable to load sql server oledb provider resource dll

Dbnmpntw.dll and Sqloledb.rll are needed in the package when accessing
SQL Server, Sqloledb.rll should also be in the WinPE Image (in the
\PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILES\SYSTEM\OLE DB folder).

WinPE 2005 has this by default, WinPE 2004 does not.
