There are at least two hotfixes for OSD that are included in SP2 but
there is no real update to OSD in SP2. There will be additional
hotfixes for OSD in order to support Vista but FWIK they will not make
it into SP2.

SP2 for SMS 2003 will not add any addtional support for WinPE 2005 and
ramdisk usage in order to do repartion during a refresh scenario

But of course that can be done in a unsupported way :) check this
article, complete with sample scripts and everything...
