Thanks for the info.

I double-checked all of my ZTI command lines and they are all spelled
correctly (with the lower-case p) and have the correct syntax. However, I'm
still not receiving status messages after the State Capture phase starts. I
know all of the phases are running because I reviewed the logs.

How do clients generate these milestone messages?
