As a start, you will need to configure Windows Firewall appropriately as
described in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/301527. Otherwise, RA
traffic will not go through (unless you disable the firewall which is
not recommended). After you create the GPO, on a XP SP2 client run
gpupdate.exe or reboot the computer (note that depending on the scale of
your Active Directory environment, replication topology and
configuration the GPO make take some time to get replicated to the
domain controller authenticating that particular machine).
