Re: Remote Tools & Assistance - Remote Control Agent Not Found

As I was reading through the sms operations guide, it seems that if i
enable remote tools on clients and set remote assistance to manage and
override user settings then the policy should be forced tot he clients
and I should not have to go through and setup group policies for the
port and program exceptions in the firewall...correct?
