Re: Remote Tools & Assistance - Remote Control Agent Not Found

I created a test group for the group policy changes and firewall
settings as stated in the article above. When I try to do remote
assistance I know get an erorr saying "Therei s a problem with the
invitation and it cannot be opened. To use Remote Assistance, the
sender of this invitation will have to send you a new invitation."
This goes in a loop and never works
