OSD image deployment

Please help

We have created a Windows OS image file but when trying to deploy it we
get the following error in the OSDagent log

The system cannot find the specified path. (80070003)

We do not have a problem updating or deploying application packages to
the same PC.
The UNC path back to the server is working after the failure.

Any ideas
