I have manually installed the SMS 2003 client on a WinCE.net 4.2 device
but I still can't view it in the collections on the SMS 2003 + DMFP
server.
When I installed the client, I had to enter the SMS 2003 Server IP
address, then a splash screen with the SMS 2003 logo was showed and a
message saying that the device is now managed by SMS 2003.
At this time, the subnet of the client (WinCE) has not been entered on
the SMS 2003 server (but I thought that if the client could connect in
HTTP to the server, so maybe the server could detect it ??).
Do I need to perform a network discovery ? And enter the IP subnet of
the device for it to be viewed from the server ?
