Actually, you don't need the TXTSETUP.OEM file (which is for mass storage
drivers only); all you really need is to gather the driver files. Put them
all into a single directory (no subdirectories) and specify that directory
on the OSD package and when creating the OSD CDs. (You can also build your
own custom Windows PE image containing the drivers, using DRVINST.EXE to
inject them into the image, then tell SMS to use that new Windows PE image.)
