I have been updating our workstations for quite a while with the DSUW. I
have now started testing this on servers as well. I have it set in the
program to install but postpone restarts for the servers, however when I
log on to the server a balloon pops up from the system tray that says if
the machine isn't rebooted by a certain it will automatically reboot the
server. The date is two weeks from the date the install was completed. I
am using SMS 2003 with SP1. I had used this before in SMS 2.0 and it
worked as expected - waited for someone to reboot it, nothing automatic.
Is this how it works now? I just want to have control over the reboot.
Thanks.
Mark
