    Pierre,
    I have made the following steps:
    1. - You have to install the sms admin console (it is not maybe necessary),
    to execute the file Remote.exe in that pc where you want to facilitate remote
    access.
    2. - In a form in VB.net you place a combobox to select the office and a
    button to throw the following command:
    ID = Shell (c:\smsadmin\bin\i386\remote.exe /sms:nosql 2" & computername...
      
    ...If you want it I can send you the program that I have made, so that Help
    Desk people use without opening the sms admini console.
