I have upgraded our SMS site to SMS 2003 from SMS 2.0 SP 5. After the
upgrade everything was working fine. At first I was using the legacy client
throughout the entire organization. I updated a few select clients to the
advanced client and everything was working correctly with remote tools. I
then used the push method to deploy the Advanced Client to the entire
organization. Upon coming in the next morning, I attempted to use remote
tools and began having issues. When trying to use remote tools, it looks as
if it is going to come up and then just disappears. I have checked the
policies using MP Spy. All have smiley faces. When clicking through the
individual policies, all display the specifics of the policy in the right
pane except for one. That one displays "The page cannot be found". When I
check that Policy ID against what Policy Spy shows it is the policy for
Remote Tools. My question is what does it mean when you get the "The page
cannot be found" message in MP Spy. I suspect that it means that the policy
is missing. If that’s the case, how would one go about getting the policy
    back?

Any help and insight into this issue would be greatly appreciated.
