ITMU v3 and Windows XP SP2 Client

Hi Everyone,

We upgraded our sms environment to SMS 2003 SP2 with ITMU v3. We noticed
that Windows XP SP2 clients are not showing the balloon/user notification
message after the DSUW push. But Windows 2000 SP4 clients are showing the
pop-up balloon. We turned off the automatic updates through GP and all
clients were upgraded (2.50.4160.2000) with WUA version 5.8.0.2694.

Did I missed something for Windows XP SP2 clients? How can I fix this issue
as we want the pop-up balloon notification to all my Windows XP SP2 clients,
please?
