SMS Client on Win 2000 Server - Failure

Hello,

I try to install a Client on a Windows 2000 Server (French), with the
Client.msi all seems fine, no error. But I can see in the System
Management Console that In the Advanced Tab the Temporary Download
Program Folder the amount of disk space used is 0 mb, and the buttons
are not accessible and the "SMS Agent Host" service is always
stopped ?

If some one has any idea ?
