Re: Changing Package Environment Settings

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Just change it--I've changed the environment of a program before, and
a push never redeployed. It'll increment the policy, but it won't
trigger a reinstall (unless you're doing something really different
with the ad--you're just changing an element of the program, not the
program itself, nor the advertisement)

Hey there guys,

I'm having some issues with a package (Office 2003) that was configured to
reinstall (Long story, but yes it is necessary) whether a user is logged on
or not. This is causing some headaches as the users tend to reboot the
machines, or something weird happens to cause the install to fail.

Question, is there a way that I can change the Environment setting to only
if no one is logged on without the package redeploying to the machines that
it's already deployed to?
