Have you timed it? Does it coincidentally appear to be exactly 2
minutes; which is the (by design) delay between policy retrieval, and
policy evaluation?

We have globally setup the notification of new advertisements so that the
users are given a 5 minute notice of applications that will run.
Is there any way to override this on one specific package? I would like
for
this package to run as soon as the client receives the advertisement.
