That is a difficult answer because I do not know your SMS
environment. As a starting point, at the SMS Console, check +System
Status, +Package Status, and the package. On all distribution points;
is the source version, Targeted, and Installed, all look correct?

If not, start troubleshooting as a Package Distribution issue.

If it is correct, then it may by that the client does not know which
distribution point it should use. There are multiple causes for this;
but the one most people look at first is site boundaries; i.e., the
machine's IP subnet does not exist in any boundaries you've defined.
