Event ID 10037 + Advertisement errors + Silent mode deployment errrors

I am trying to deploy a program using SMS and facing some problems, can
anybody help me?
The setup file contains .EXE, .MSI, .ini files and I configuring .exe
file in SMS Package. Running setup directly from Distribution Point
(using/From UNC).
- It take a long time to deploy SMS on selective collection,
- If I schedule it to run it 28/03/2007 at 3:00 PM with no expiry
date, it behaves different on different systems, on some systems it
advertise the program within next 15-20 minutes and for some systems it take
long time to advertise.
- If I delete the advertisement, how long time it will take to remove
from distribution time, and if I want to quickly remove advertisement from
distribution point what step I should follow.
- I advertise a program of Package "A", it was scheduled advertise to
after every 30 minutes, it seems no activity/some problems to deploy I
delete the advertisement, the program and complete package, and configure
new package of the same setup files, configure a program and advertise the
program on a specific interval it advertised within 15 minutes on most of
the clients but when I tried to run the published setup it shows the windows
that
"The program you have requested couldn't be run now ..... SMS Server
is busy with running another program. Please try to run this program again
later."
I check the event viewer it shows the message as below:
"The program for advertisement "00520066" has not been run yet
("0050001E" - "ARP Unattended Install CB Multi"). SMS is currently running
another program ("0050001B" - "_ARP UnAttended UnInstall_CB
Multi") on this computer, and that program must complete before this
one can begin."
while I already remove the advertisement and its packages
("0050001B" - "_ARP UnAttended UnInstall_CB Multi") on this computer, and
that program must complete before this one can begin."
- One more major issue is that setup is not running in silent mode
("Allow users to interact with this program" option is disabled.) to
uninstall the program (parameter is filename.exe /x).
