Unfortunately, service windows such as you describe are not built in
to SMS 2003. I believe they will be in System Center Configuration
Manager 2007 (SCCM 2007, the next version). There are a few 3rd party
utilities out there, though. Check out smsexpert.com, or 1e.com.
