Schedule it for the current time not asap, then google for "initiate advanced client actions"
Install the console add-on
Right-click the computer or collection you are testing on, select sms tools; refresh machine policy

Hi, I have this problem too, except that when I choose "as soon as possible",
the package does not seem to kick off until an hour or so later.
I'm trying to test the package deployment, and it's frustrating to have to
wait this long between tests.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
