If it is only a second or two from the time you see that stus message until the time the install starts I honestly do not think it is an issue. I am not at my server at the moment to double check, but I think that is very typical.

Hi Todd but I make the advertisment with diferent enabled time and mandatory
time. Mandatory time is about 2 hours later!!

Example:
- Enabled time: 3:00 PM
- Madatory time: 5:00 PM
- Enabled run from Distribution Point
