Lately I have been getting several machines that popup the SMS is
restarting
your machine because of a software upgrade message. Excep that when the
user
clicks restart the message goes away but the machine does not restart.
Then
after a while the message comes back again with the same results. Manually
rebooting the machine does not fix the proble. Any ideas?

What are your PatchInstall.exe command line parameters?
