I am trying to figure out the best way to push software out to clients
that log on to multiple machines.
There are some users that do not need this package that also use the
same machines.
If I create a collection with just the users who need the software and
create an Advertisement for the package they need, will that
advertisement follow them from machine to machine whenever they log on?

Advertisements failing intermittently ... re-mandatory the advertisement has always fixed the issue, ... I'm using SMS 2003 to do both software distribution to deployed ...machines as well as all software installation to building machines. ... (microsoft.public.sms.swdist)
