Did you boot the domain computers after giving the rights?

I'm trying to install software via SMS, the software installation media
resides at a folder over the network, trying to install the software via
SMS
through a script, I'm getting access denied, I added domain computers to
the
security and give it enough rights, still getting the error, any ideas?
