If you have a distribution point,
Check in the log file drive\sms\logs\distmgr.log on the SMS server.
This would give you a
clear picture on the status of your package. I guess you have selected
"whether or not user logged in" and administrator
in the Program environment. In the advanced client tab of Advertisement
properites select download for both cases.
