You can use the SMS Installer Tools (download from Microsoft) to create
an Installer Package out of almost anything. It is fairly easy to use,
with Wizards to walk you through most of the hard stuff. (there is
also the ability to add extra peices, like adding or removing icons,
add a registry setting, etc.) I recommend spending the time to get to
know this package.
