Deploying Visio Viewer 2003

hi everyone :
I try deploying Visio Viewer 2003 use command below :
msiexec.exe /quiet /passive /i vviewer.msi
But, I found stop with user agreeing page about it execution.
How do jump the user agreeing page or automatic agree ?
